This last week was a tough one. I've had some health issues come up, so I haven't been able to leave the apartment much other than for school. Yesterday I became so stir crazy that I absolutely had to get out, so Karl and I decided to take a drive into Millcreek Canyon to see some leaves changing. This is something Karl and I like to do every fall to curb the homesickness that I feel for Massachusetts and though it doesn't even really compare to New England in the fall, getting out of the city helps me clear my head and rejuvenate my soul. This year I took some photos to help remind myself of the beauty that is 15 minutes away from me at all times.
Also there's already snow in the mountains and that really bums me out. Other than that, though, the drive was beautiful, the air was crisp and the company was grand.
Do you have any fall traditions? I'd love to hear about them in the comments.
