Sometimes it's easy to forget that the way that we treat ourselves has the biggest impact on how we see ourselves. If we're just pinning pictures of half naked women, are we really valuing our own bodies and our role as women? The answer is no. Degrading ourselves doesn't lead to happiness or healthiness. That is why, I thought I'd show you some images that I've pinned that have really been inspirational and motivational for me.
So let's all stop the fat/thin/tall/short/ etc. shaming and get to loving ourselves and not judging others, k?

Those are some incredible pins. I love them!
Beautiful motivation! Simply beautiful! Thank you!
There are lots of photos of half-naked women on Pinterest? If that were true wouldn't more guys use it? ;) I kid, I kid. :)
Thanks, beautiful girl!
I had a roommate once whom I didn't know well - she was the sister of a friend. A couple of weeks after she moved in, I walked into her room and I was shocked. I felt the scene were straight out of one of those after-school specials. She was a larger girl, although beautiful and fit. Her walls were LINED with images from fitness magazines and articles and images and her own thoughts circled and pointing to other things and lists with "goals" on them. Then I'd come home and find her sprawled on the couch eating junk food. It was bizarre and very much concerned me.
Thanks Kristie! Love this post. I definitely needed it today. :)
i love this!!
