Proof

So, as a result of some horrible things my manager has said to me, I have been wracked with torment trying to figure out what my talents are. I used to think it was intelligence, then I was forced to go to the Community College and let's be honest, I got a way better education in high school. So, I feel over time, that my intelligence has been deteriorating. I've always been a bit envious of those who have visible talents. My best friend lights up the room when she walks into it. My roommate is an incredible singer. My boyfriend is an amazing machinist/snowboarder/comedian. I wish I had something like that. I think I've decided to try a new hobby and as a result, develop a new talent. I'm just not sure what to try. Anyone have any suggestions?

I also want a new job.

One thing that always makes me feel awesome is developing some random party trick type of thing. Like....google how to solve a rubiks cube and learn how to do it really quickly! Hardly anyone can do that very well. Or learn another language. That's always a handy (and fun) skill. Or try something you've never thought of before. Try your skills at writing music or tap dancing. Haha, love you!

I agree with the tap dancing! It's way fun. You could also go into spelunking, playing wine glasses, becoming an expert at tying knots, making jewelry or pottery, decorating cakes, or just be a unique photographer! Those are just a couple suggestions.

What happened to your baking and cooking fanaticism? I definitely can't do that very well. Plus, you need to remember how freaking awesome you already are. Celeste and I especially think your music selection and overall personality rock the planet!

Uh, remember how you are an amazing writer? Oh, and an amazing conversationalist? And have a great eye for photography? And have a great eye for fashion that is well-done? And a great appreciation for the arts? Hmm...those sound like awesome talents to me.
